Friends of Carolyn Ubriaco Text Messaging Program
By separately opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from Friends of Carolyn Ubriaco. Messages may be sent using automated or other technology and may include campaign news, volunteer opportunities, event information, election reminders, surveys, voter-engagement communications, and requests for donations.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of donating, volunteering, attending an event, making a purchase, or otherwise supporting the Committee.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any campaign text to opt out. You may also withdraw consent by emailing Carolyn@VoteCarolynU.org or through another reasonable method that clearly communicates your request.
After opting out, you may receive one non-promotional message confirming that your request was processed. No further campaign text messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide new consent.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is outside the Committee’s control.
Privacy
Information collected through the text messaging program is handled according to the Friends of Carolyn Ubriaco Privacy Policy.
Telephone-Number Responsibility
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. Please notify the Committee if the number is reassigned or no longer belongs to you.
Changes or Termination
The Committee may modify or discontinue the messaging program. Material changes will be reflected on this page by updating the revision date.
